  • Partnering with Design Leadership within Think Design to determine the kind of professional who would be an ideal fit
  • Managing the complete recruitment & selection process
  • Managing Consultants for profiles and closures
  • Source candidates from job portals, social media, referrals and head hunting
  • Responsible for screening and shortlisting of candidates
  • Taking tests & interviews
  • Performing reference checks & background verification
  • Offering, negotiating, and closing on candidates
  • On-Boarding formalities for New Joiners
  • Creating & maintaining Database
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates

Analysis & Planning

  • Develop Recruiting plans along with Management
  • Attrition analysis on a quarterly basis
  • TAT as per Recruitment tracker

Process Improvement

  • Bringing industry best practices to the Think Design workplace by improving the hiring approach & methodology
  • Drive employee referral program

Job requirements

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment(experience in hiring UI &UX Designers will be an added advantage)
  • A motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for recruiting
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
  • Strong sense of excellence and will to do more and more
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be number-driven, and a go-getter
