Exp required: 1-2 Years
Mandatory: IT Recruitment experience
Sourcing Candidates as per the KRA required by the position .
Identification & proper utilization of Sourcing Mix which includes Job Portals, Direct or Self Sourcing, Employee referral, Social Networking Sites.
Pre-screening & scrutinizing in order to evaluate the candidates fitment, Attitude, Academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc.
Taking an initial round of interviews.
Coordinating with the technical panel and scheduling interviews.
Follow up with the panel for the feedback post interview.
Follow up with the candidate till on boarding.
Good Communication Skills & interpersonal Skills.
